One sheet, not four versions of it in a thread.

Venue, power, dock, production spec and travel on one event record — autosaving, with everyone who should see it looking at the same copy.

  • Seven sheets on one event record, autosaving — there is no save button to forget
  • The patch stays queued until the write CONFIRMS, so a failed save is retried rather than lost
  • A colleague's edit appears while you are looking at the sheet
  • Below full access the sheet renders read-only with a View only marker, not a stale copy
  • The event name is validated before it can be written — a blank box can never erase it
Advance Autosaves, and queues the edit until the write confirms

Travel

A whole group's flights, proposed in one pass.

Auto-Book searches each traveller's route through your own Duffel account, scores every offer against the group's arrival window and your company travel policy, and hands back a ranked plan for a human to approve.

  • Every pick carries the reasons it was chosen — nonstop, preferred airline, lands in the window, under budget, cabin capped by policy.
  • Nothing is ticketed until a human approves it, traveller by traveller. A policy warning makes you type APPROVE first, and the book button stays shut until legal name, date of birth and contact details are on the profile.
  • Hotels are quoted, then booked a room at a time. Hotel inventory is enabled separately from flights, so an account that searches live flights can still be serving demo rooms behind a banner.
  • Traveller details are held once per person at company level and reused on every event. Below a manager seat, the passport number and date of birth read as present-or-missing rather than as values.

Booking needs your own accounts

Flights and hotels are recorded here, but real ticketing runs through your own Duffel account and live flight status needs your own provider key — without them these are manual-entry sheets rather than booking. Nothing is emailed out of the app: there is no emailed day sheet and no emailed advance. Drive-time estimates are straight-line distance with a circuity factor, not a routing API.
